I hope we all had a good Thanksgiving with family and friends! That's assuming you didn't have to work your asses off Thanksgiving Day to try and pay for the cab! I am posting below some websites that have information about our situation. All you need to do I believe is click on the links, and your browser will take you right there. If not simply copy and paste the text into your browser and that will also work. Theres much to explore. We then need to decide how we need to proceed and what actions to take. I and a couple of other drivers who are working with me, waiting until the time has come, have a pretty good idea about what we are going to do and the steps to take. But, we also want to hear from you all also! They laugh at us, they don't think we came come together and do shit! I believe we can but we have to start acting! By the way, the last link you will see on this list deals specifcally with he Friendly Cab Compay in California. If you read thru the whole thing you will think you are reading about AAA/Yellow Cab! It is also interesting to note that this particular case with the National Labor Relations Board was taken all he way to the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and was still found in the drivers favor.
